I hope to build a community of like minded adults that can offer knowledge and support to one another as we all navigate our way through this weird and wonderful stage of life. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor. The information in my videos is based on my research and personal experiences and is presented from my perspective. Please contact your physician for medical advice.

What I liked about this discussion was how into the science they were regarding the meds and the importance of correct testing and clinical trials.
