The Menopause Life Now Resources | Some helpful videos

The Menopause Life

This is going to be a section where I'll collate all the resources that I've found useful and helpful to me. Maybe some of it will help you too. I'll keep this updated as I find more interesting information.

For starters, here's a couple that I've enjoyed recently.

This lady has a great YouTube channel with a lot of videos covering all sorts of topics regarding menopause. I have found some of her videos useful but I have not watched everything of hers.
Kari Anne Wright on YouTube
About the channel: This channel focuses on all things midlife and menopause related.  I will share many different stories and topics surrounding midlife in women from my perspective.  The way I see it so to speak.  I will share some of my life and experiences as well as things I feel may be relevant or of interest to all of you.  I hope to build a community of like minded adults that can offer knowledge and support to one another as we all navigate our way through this weird and wonderful stage of life.  Disclaimer:  I am not a doctor.  The information in my videos is based on my research and personal experiences and is presented from my perspective.  Please contact your physician for medical advice.

I particularly enjoyed this video of hers about all the things that hurt, because yeah, a lot of things randomly hurt for no reason and it's confusing.

I found this discussion regarding the history of hormone replacement therapy very interesting. I know it's a controversial issue, but it's helpful to a lot of women. This was enlightening regarding how the meds were initially developed and tested. What I liked about this discussion was how into the science they were regarding the meds and the importance of correct testing and clinical trials.
